Andrea Ríos- Founder & CEO
Certified Transformational Coach, Specialist in Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Linguistics with Over 15 Years of Experience. ​Andrea has studied human behavior as a key tool for understanding Organizations with the purpose of building healthy, balanced relationships.

Her passion for life and work keeps her motivated, even when facing unforeseen challenges. She is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English and is currently learning Portuguese. Andrea has developed her own methodology for English teaching , specifically designed for adults.
As an Executive and Life Coach, Andrea’s purpose is to help individuals find balance by guiding them on a journey of learning and personal growth, while also assisting others in developing their soft skills required for Business and Personal life.

She firmly believes that every step in life is an opportunity to learn, and that every experience should be embraced to its fullest. She enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, painting, singing, running and dancing, always maintaining a positive outlook on life.
Arisaid Sierra A.- Gestalt Psychotheraphy
Medical Professional, Specialist in Human Development and Relational Field Gestalt Psychotherapy with Over 15 Years of Experience.​
As a therapist, has developed an interdisciplinary approach, creating her own therapeutic methodology with a humanistic, philosophical, existentialist, systemic, and relational Gestalt perspective.
This methodology focuses on addressing interpersonal, couple, and family issues. Additionally, she specializes in topics such as Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, and Addictions.​
She has also been a professor in Human Development and Gestalt Psychotherapy, with a diploma in child, adolescent, and sexuality counseling. Arisaid is a member of the IAAGT (International Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy).
David Velasco - Applied Linguistics
Committed to his goals and porpuses, passionate and a lover of life, currently He is studying French as his third language, He enjoys meeting new people because he believes that we can all learn something new from each person, which is why he is interested in languages; if you know more languages, you can meet more new people and discover things you didn't know before.
Humanity overflows passion and knowledge, that's why he is dedicated to teaching.
